We Train Young Superstars
For a future that's built on technology

STEM School is where smart, motivated kids learn hi-tech skills.
Why electronics, robotics and coding?
In the past year over half a million new robots joined the "workforce" in factories, stores and even farms. Meanwhile, the race is on across the globe to create smarter, more durable batteries. At the same time, AI based coding is changing (and sometimes upending) the way we imagined "work." Amidst all this change, we want our kids to be leaders in each of these fields by getting hands-on skills from a young age.
What do children learn?
The STEM School program focuses on three foundational skills:
Electronics
Our students get hands-on experience with the building blocks of real-world electronics like resistors. Breadboards. Soldering irons. Multi-meters. By the middle of the year, kids will know how to measure voltage across circuits, figure out the value of resistors...and solder all of these components into place with ease as part of a project they take home.
Robotics
There is no better way to learn about engineering than by building a machine that solves real problems. That is exactly what we'll do during chug by using microchips and motors alongside sensors and all the mechanical tools needed to pull these parts together. We'll plan. We'll problem solve. And we'll party once the final robot comes to life.
Coding
Students use a range of coding tools that are age and grade appropriate as we learn how to build "thinking machines." These include examples of traditional written code (Python and C++ depending on the level of the class) as well as graphical coding tools to help young learners gain expertise. This year, we will place special emphasis on the development of AI tools by creating and training our own AI models to recognize sounds, images and even physical movement.
The bottom line? Our classes of a unique mix of "smart" and "fun" at the same time.
באיזה שפות מלמדים? In what language is the chug taught
Where and When Are Classes?
Hugim for the 2027 / 5787 school year meet on Monday afternoons in the Dimri Towers Mo'adon - 41 Yigael Yadin. See specific times, below.
Start: Hugim begin on Monday, October 5.
Demo Session: Meetup on Monday, September 14 @ 16:00 (info session) RSVP Via This Link
Kids and parents alike are welcome to join us on the 14th!
Tuition: 300 NIS / month includes all equipment**
Registration: Opens on Friday, August 1 via this site. In order to offer the best possible experience to our students enrollment in each chug is limited to 14 students.
Class Times and Descriptions:
Mondays, 16:00- Tech Stars
For students in Kitot Gimmel-Daled
Tech Stars lays the foundations of solid knowledge by providing students with a range of hands-on experience building, designing, wiring and coding. Each child will receive an electronics kit that grows larger each week as we wire circuits on breadboards with a growing list of components. At mid-year we'll switch to robotics as we build and experiment with four different models of robots, each with a different job. By the end of the year, we'll take a deep dive into the world of AI by coding a "machine" that can interact with people, answer questions and even "read" sign language.
Mondays, 17:00- Tech Titans
For students in Kitot Hay - Vav - Zayyin
Tech Titans is a place where smart kids build their dreams. This year we'll start at the junction of electronics AND robotics AND code by programming Arduino boards. Each student will grow his or her own personal tool kit with a list of parts that expands each week: Breadboards, sensors, digital displays and more. We'll loop back to soldering projects and analog electronics by the middle of the year. The close of the year is devoted towards AI as we tinker with robots, cameras and AI computer vision in this real-world intro to the tools that are transforming our cars, our homes and even our coffee makers.
**Tuition: By enrolling you authorize a monthly payment of 300 NIS over 9 months. Fees were adjusted to take vacation and hagim days into account.
