Topper, born in Tel Aviv, member of THE ISRAELI PROFESSIONAL VISUAL ARTISTS ASSOCIATION.

A graduate of art studies at the "Avni" Institute in Tel Aviv and a graduate of the "Midrash" - Faculty of Arts and specialized in painting and sculpture.

Topper ran her own art gallery and exhibited works by a wide variety of artists.

Topper initiated and established the Academy for Awareness and Spiritual Development "Culiut", including a gallery for spiritual art. Topper presented in solo and group exhibitions all over the world. Topper won international awards.

Topper works' have been acquired by important collections around the world.
