Bella was born in Romania, and on 1964 immigrated to Israel.

She started painting professionally on 1976, since then she has been working besides well-known Israeli artists.

Her work reflects her love for the Israeli landscape, expressed in worm colors, nature and joy of life.

Member of the Herzeliya Municipal Artist's Organization.

Participated in numerous exhibitions in Israel and worldwide.
